THE staff and children of Bude Infant School are sending a special poppy and donation to be placed in the 11-11-11-11 memorial in Royal Wootton Bassett. The poppy has a few words from the children expressing thoughts of soldiers from both the past and now. All classes are preparing items for a competition being held by Bude Branch of the Royal British Legion and the large picture behind the children is being offered to the highest bidder with all proceeds going to the Poppy Appeal.
