A SOLICITORS in Bude has been recognised for its services by securing quality and excellence certificates for another year.

Busbys Solicitors secured membership to the Law Society's law management quality mark, Lexcel, and also to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, the mark of excellence for the home buying process.

Lexcel and CQS are developed specifically for the legal profession. They are optional, recognised accreditation schemes for law firms which give the assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards and, in the case of CQS, marks the firm out as continuing to meet high standards in the residential conveyancing process.

Busbys has undergone rigorous annual applications and assessment processes by the Law Society in order to continue to hold both Lexcel and CQS status.
