NEETSIDE Community Centre in Bude is hosting a new bereavement cafe, with the next one being tomorrow night (Thursday, August 10).
Whether your loss was recent or a period of time ago, anybody who is still struggling or would like to talk, is encouraged to go along.
A qualified counsellor will also be in attendance for the community-led service.
A donation would also be greatly appreciated, although you can still attend.
The session runs from 6pm to 7.30pm, while tea, coffee and cake is also available.
