A MAN from Holsworthy has been given a four year prison sentence after he plead guilty to sexually assaulting a minor on “at least ten occasions”.
Daniel Snell, 35, of Kingdon Way, Holsworthy pleaded guilty to, at Bude, penetrating the vagina of a girl aged 14 or 15 with his penis on at least ten occasions.
He was sent to prison for four years and made subject to a restraining order not to contact his victim until September 4, 2031.
