A DRIVER is appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a crash on the A30 near Temple on Thursday, September 9, at 8.20am.

Police say they are unable to undertake an investigation themselves as no one was injured.

The driver of a red Ford pickup, David Richards, claims a black/dark vehicle pulled out in foggy conditions from the A30 junction that leads to St Neot causing a crash before driving off.

Police have confirmed they will not be undertaking an investigation themselves as the incident does not meet requirements.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson confirmed: “There were no injuries reported so it doesn’t meet the threshold for details to be given.

“There is no further police involvement so we wouldn’t issue an appeal.”

If anyone has any information contact David on 07419 366077.
