Launceston AFC moved out of the bottom two for the first time this season in SWPL Premier West on Saturday with a 2-1 victory over mid-table Penzance at Pennygillam.

Second half goals from Carl Aldridge and James Hamson put the Clarets 2-0 up, and although Rolandos Samnauskas pulled one back five minutes from the end, the hosts held on.
