TIN cans and milk bottles were cleverly transformed into brightly coloured bees as Callington’s Memory Cafe held a Honey Fair themed event.
Participants learned a little of the history of the Fair in the town, and organiser Chris provided Cornish honey cake, made with local honey, and served up with clotted cream.

Callington Memory Cafe is a place where any one living with memory loss may find support.
The group meets on alternate Sundays (even weeks on the calendar) between 2-4pm at Callington Methodist Hall.
The cafe is described as a “safe, caring and confidential environment where you can take part in a diverse variety of activities designed to stimulate memories. These include craft, music and games.
We welcome and encourage family, friends and carers to accompany our guests.”
