A COMMUNITY coffee morning has raised more than £2,000 for charity.
St Giles on the Heath residents came together to support a charity coffee morning and raffle in aid of The Mustard Tree Cancer Charity.
Lowena Boundy, Maxine Towl, Jess Shinn and friends raised £2,122 for the charity which has been a lifeline for Maxine.
The trio said: “We would like to thank everyone involved for their generosity and donations of cakes and raffle prizes. The coffee morning was a huge success and was all about coming together with friends, families and the community to raise money, as no one fights cancer alone.”
