As the sun shone down onto Launceston show every tail was wagging at the dog ring.

There was a huge variety of dogs taking part in the classes, one of which was Georgia Pridham for Tregadillet (pictured above, courtesy of Paul Hamlyn).

Georgia entered the first class of the day and was awarded first place in the cutest puppy class with her seven-month-old show type cocker spaniel Woody. Georgia’s parents were ecstatic as her and Woody received their first-place goody bag full of dog treats and chew toys.

Georgia said: “I’m very excited, this is my very first dog show!”

But Georgia and Woody didn’t plan to stop there and would later enter into the most handsome and child handler class as well as best pairs with Woody’s other spaniel friend.
