EASTER bunnies are set to bring cheer, festivities and an ‘eggstravaganza’ to Holsworthy this year.

To be held in the evening of Sunday, April 5, the Easter Egg run is organised by Holsworthy Mutual Aid, a volunteer group which aims to provide assistance to residents in the town when needed.

Originally set up to support residents during the coronavirus pandemic, its team of volunteers has continued operating since to continue bringing support and joy to the town throughout the year, recognising that the needs of people in the town meant it was still required.

Cllr Jon Hutchings, the mayor of Holsworthy, said: “The Holsworthy Mutual Aid are bringing the Easter Bunnies to town for our annual Easter Egg run. Starting 4pm. If you hear us pop out and say hello!”
