The Liberal Democrat MP for North Cornwall, Ben Maguire, recently visited Berrycoombe Primary School in Bodmin to present a prize to Hannah, the winner of his 2025 Christmas Card Competition.

Hannah’s design was chosen from dozens of entries sent in by children from schools across North Cornwall, with her artwork now featured on Ben Maguire MP’s official Christmas card design for 2025. The MP thanked pupils and staff at Berrycoombe Primary School for the warm welcome, and praised the creativity shown by all the children who took part.

Mr Maguire said: "It was a real pleasure to visit Berrycoombe Primary School and congratulate Hannah on winning our Christmas card competition. Her design was incredibly creative, and she should be very proud.

"I really was blown away by the quality of all the entries we received from across the constituency, and I want to thank every child who took part. I wished Hannah, her family, and everyone at Berrycoombe a very Merry Christmas."
