IT’S not every day that a passer by would glance over to see Pac-Man munching his way through the yellow lines of the road.

But this was the case for Tracey Vernon, from Bude, who spotted a painted version of the Pac-Man game along a yellow line on the road of Belle Vue recently.

With no indication of who was responsible for this humorous and light-hearted painting, Tracey took a picture and posted it on the local Facebook page, Bude Banter, which was well-received by the community.

Pac-Man is a Japanese video game, released in the 1980s, and is still highly popular today, with people playing the game in arcades, on their phones, computers and video consoles.

Whoever came up with this idea has left a stamp of humour on the town.
