POLICE have launched an appeal for information after a ‘serious incident’ in Camelford.

The incident, involving two people took place at around 10pm on Wednesday, September 24 in the Treclago View area of the town.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said after the incident: “Police were called at 10pm on Wednesday, September 24, to reports of a serious incident involving a concern for the welfare of two people at an address in the Treclago View area in Camelford.

“A cordon remains in place while officers carry out enquiries.

“Anyone with information can contact police online or by telephone on 101, quoting log number 887 of 24/9/25.”
