HOLSWORTHY will look for successive Torridge Cup titles this evening when they take on Appledore in the final at Torrington AFC (7.30pm).

The Magpies, who beat Torridgeside 3-1 in the last four, take on an Appledore side that are currently third in the North/East Division of the Devon Football League.

Both sides have finished their league campaign, and with Holsworthy ending up third bottom following a tough campaign in SWPL Premier East, it promises to be an intriguing evening.

Appledore beat host club Torrington on penalties to reach the final, but if last year’s crowd of 607 is to go by, there is sure to be another large crowd at Vicarage Field.
